Our Advisory Board is the strategic medical and economic  backbone of K-MARA Healthcare Organization. Experienced managers and scientists from the international business and health organizations support the operational management in the daily organization, customer education, project acquisition and order management as well. Education, competence and business experience in combination first class guarantee will be the success of K-MARA Healthcare. In the future, the advisory board will be divided into two areas - medical technology and business development.

Dr. Miguel Angel Lopéz Aranda ist the head of the Advisory Board with long term experience as a outstanding cardiologist and head of cardiologist departments in leading clinics and hospitals in Alicante and Benidorm. Also he ist the Co-founder of K-MARA Healthcare S.L. located in Alicante, Spain.

Jace Kentner was born and raised in southwest Missouri.  He was an entrepreneur at a young age.  He earned his Bachelor of Science, Public Administration, from Missouri State University.  The University of Kansas (School of Medicine) awarded him a Master of Health Services Administration with a concentration in healthcare outcomes management and research.  He also earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Drake University Law School, where he served on the Executive Editorial Board and as Secretary of the Drake Law Journal.  


Jace was admitted to the Iowa and Missouri Bars and has practiced law for almost 24 years.  His true love is transactional work involving businesses at all stages.  He has represented many start-ups, mid-sized companies, and Fortune listed companies.  His prowess in the board room was founded on a wealth of diverse corporate law experience and business acumen  

A purpose-driven business and strategic advisor with experience as an attorney and managing partner in a venerable law firm with leadership as an in-house counsel in a dynamic healthcare organization, chief executive of a high growth diversified holding company, and as a director of a business and economic development organization for a large government organization.

Ronald G. Scott, M.D. Texas, USA

On our Management Advisory Board, Ronald Scott, M.D. is the leading manager for the K∞MARA Healthcare department in Texas, USA.  Mr. Ronald Scott will give the support and services for the go-to market strategy with his US national business and healthcare network of the K-MARA early detection solutions for acute myocardial infarction (AMI).

Ronald G. Scott, M.D. is the founder of the Wound Care Clinics of North Texas based in Dallas and Plano, Texas. In 1985, Dr. Scott established the first comprehensive fully integrated wound treatment facility in the North Texas area and one of the first such facilities in the United States. He has pioneered the field of wound care as a distinct medical subspecialty, in turn helping numerous colleagues form similar wound care units to help patients across the country and around the world. 

Dr. Scott served as the founding medical director of the Wound Care Center at the Medical Center of Plano and at the Texas Health Resources Presbyterian Hospitals of Dallas and Plano. Under his leadership, these centers grew into some of the busiest and most successful wound care centers in the country. 

In addition to his clinical and administrative duties, Dr. Scott served as a clinical professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He was one of the founding staff of the Institute for Environmental and Exercise Medicine affiliated with the medical school, directing the institute's hypo- and hyperbaric units. He has been instrumental in establishing clinical mentoring programs and served as a clinical proctor to visiting physicians, nurses, therapists, and students in both the nurse practitioner and physician assistants programs. 

Nationally, Dr. Scott served on the founding board of the Society for the Art & Science of Wound Management, serving as its first president and national program chair in 1998. He has served on numerous editorial and advisory boards, including the journals

Advances in Wound Care, The Dallas Medical Journal, and Applied Thrombosis/Hemostasis. 

Dr. Scott maintains a presence in the wound care community after reducing the time devoted to his clinical practice. Through his company, Fab-Rx, he has helped numerous domestic and foreign wound care related companies integrate research, product development and testing, clinical integration, and distribution into the health care marketplace. Dr. Scott also works with payers and clinical networks to help them achieve better value-based care for their wound care patients. 

Dr. Scott was awarded a patent in 2018 for his work on a medical textile and continues to do research in other fields with colleagues from companies around the world. 

Dr. Scott is a 1978 graduate of the Indiana University School of Medicine and a 1975 graduate of Purdue University. He is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been named a fellow of societies in emergency medicine, wound care, and hyperbaric medicine. 

In addition, Dr. Scott is a cancer survivor.

On our Economic Advisory Board, Dr. Sekhar is the leading manager for the K∞MARA Healthcare Education Academy as a training platform as operational support for costumers and the sales organization of K-MARA for the early detection of an acute heart attack.
He has been internationally active in the field of education, personnel management and the development of educational organizations for more than 20 years. Leading universities and colleges were supervised and led by him.
First of all his current role in the company focuses on the Indian market, which he is developing as a value-added partner of K∞MARA. Due to his strong commitment and his excellent business and government network, there is real added value for the sustainable use of Cardio Rapid Diagnosis Solution in the Indian market.
As an experienced manager for the development and expansion of educational institutions, Dr. Sekhar Kidambi is also developing an exclusive cooperation with national wide nurses schools in South Africa and their neighboring countries and developing the training and education program for cardio and early diabetes prevention solutions. Education and information in an understandable way for ordinary people is a major concern at K∞MARA Healthcare S.L.
